"Freedom from Terror" – Programme organized in Madanpur Khadar, New Delhi

The Hind Naujawan Ekta Sabha (HNES) organized a one-day programme on 26 January on the theme "Freedom from Terror in the New Year". Hundreds of children and youth enthusiastically participated in the programme.

In the first phase of the programme various games, drawing competition, and essay competition were organized. Group dance and singing competition were organized in the second phase.

Inaugurating the programme Dharmendar Kumar gave a brief introduction about the aims, objectives and activities of the HNES as a political organization of the youth of our country. Santosh Kumar, who had contested the past assembly election as peoples candidate from the constituency, addressed the gathering and said that the rulers of our country have been pursuing the politics of division. They win elections by dividing the people on the basis of caste, religion and region. Now it is time to advance the politics of the working class. So long as the youth of the country do not challenge the prevailing politics of division, we cannot establish the rule of workers and peasants. HNES is committed to establishing the rule of workers and peasants.

Representative of Communist Ghadar Party of India, Sucharita said that the youth of our city have an important role to play in brining about radical change. Many other speakers including Bijju Nayak of Lok Raj Sangathan, Anand of HNES and Avadesh of  Indira Kalyan Vihar also addressed the gathering.

Giving the concluding speech Khan Bhai of Khadar Resettlement colony said that people must join the lok raj samiti in their locality to address the problems they are facing.
