Addressing the striking workers of Bosch in Jaipur, the speaker from Communist Ghadar Party of India said that both the government and the bourgeoisie are demanding that the workers must make sacrifice to help them overcome the slowdown. They must agree to wage-cuts, work more and retrenchment; they should not oppose the management when it throws out a worker as if the worker was responsible for the slowdown.

It must be understood that prevailing capitalists system is the real cause behind the economic crisis that we see. The capitalists accumulate more and more profits, and the government hands over billions of rupees to bail them out of the crisis.

As opposed to this, we must demand that the government must spend the resources to ensure right to livelihood and food for the working people and their families. The workers must not get influenced by the propaganda that workers are responsible for the economic crisis and should not agree to curtailment of their rights under any condition.

Communist Ghadar Party of India wholeheartedly supports your struggle. But it must be remembered that the conditions of the workers is not going to change for better without revolution in our country. Nor can we put an end to various problems facing our society like unemployment, disease, corruption, discrimination, and so on.
